Sponsor a TARPS’ Cat

Love cats but  you are allergic?  Just don’t have the space? Landlord just says no? Don’t have time to volunteer?

Introducing our Sponsor-A-Cat Program

As a no kill shelter, we have many cats which may remain with us for a long period of time. The costs of feeding, housing, bills and litter add up quite quickly.

Contact us to arrange your sponsorship.

For a small regular payment, you can choose one of our cats to sponsor during their stay. Your money will pay for daily needs such as: food, litter, toys, vet care and medications.

If you are interested we invite you to come to the shelter or check our pet pages on petfinder.com, petango.com or adoptapet.com for a cat that touches your heart.

Once you have signed up as a sponsor, and chosen your cat, TARPS will:
• Send  you a picture of your cat along with a description of the cat’s life here at the shelter. We will also include the story of how the cat came to us.

• Display your name or business on the cat’s ID tag indicating your sponsorship of this cat.

• Publish your name or business on our website’s Sponsor page.

• At the end of each month, list our sponsors in “TARPS Tails” in the Message for the Week.
